- Cooktop — burners, drip trays, and surrounding surfaces grease-free
- Rangehood — filters degreased, interior clean, exterior wiped
- Dishwasher — filter clean, interior wiped, door seal clean
- Microwave — interior and exterior clean
- All cupboards — shelves wiped, drawers clean inside and out
- Benchtops — clean and dry
- Splashback — grease-free
- Sink — clean, taps polished, drain clear
- Window sill and track clean
- Floor swept and mopped
Bathroom / Ensuite Checklist
- Shower screen — no soap scum or water marks
- Tiles and grout — no mould or heavy staining
- Shower floor or bath — clean, drain clear
- Toilet — bowl (under rim), seat, lid, cistern exterior, base
- Vanity — basin, taps, cabinet inside and out, mirror
- Exhaust fan cover — removed and cleaned
- Floor mopped including behind the toilet
Bedroom / Living Area Checklist
- Wardrobe — shelves, rail, tracks, door faces inside and out
- Blinds — each slat individually, both sides
- Window sills and tracks — dust and debris cleared
- Skirting boards — along all walls including behind furniture
- Light fittings and ceiling fans — dusted
- Light switches and power points — wiped
- Walls — spot cleaned for marks
- Floors — vacuumed and mopped
Laundry
- Tub clean, taps polished, drain clear
- Cupboards and shelving wiped
- Floor swept and mopped
- Appliance space clean if leaving machines
Outdoor / General
- All light globes working
- All keys and remotes returned
- All rubbish removed
- Smoke detectors functional
- Air conditioning filters cleaned
- Garage floor swept, door clean
